The dining area holds a large rectangular table with 6 chairs, on the wall is a mounted smart TV and French doors which lead out to the lawned garden.
The garden has an area for play, furniture to relax with a table and chairs for dining Al fresco under the stars.
There is also a really special secret summer house with games, dart board.

Upstairs:
The charming deco staircase leads up to the family bathroom on the right, with a bath and separate, shower, a basin with a WC.
The house will provide fresh white bedding and towels (hand towels and bath towels per person) as well as miniature travel size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, shower gel/soap .

In the graceful master bedroom there is a double bed with plenty of guest storage. there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a smart TV with a desk and a chair. Its a peaceful room, overlooking the garden, the perfect space for a restful night.
The middle bedroom is a twin room with two single beds,two wardrobes and a designated workspace with a desk and chair, with a view to the front.
There is also a delightful single bedroom on this floor with a single bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space and a small desk.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. A room on the top floor will be kept locked for the owners personal belongings.
Space on the driveway to park one car for free. The owners car will take up the other space on the driveway.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES WHEN WALKING ON THE CARPETS

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check- in times is after 3pm and check out times is before 11am. A ?50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on times this will cause disruption to the cleaners schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ?100 for key lost, so please be careful with them,

TRAVEL COT:
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon requests, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of ?20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. ( I am afraid high chair requests cannot be met)
